[NTISP] Dial-up Networking Configuration Software?

Hi all,

Does anyone know of a piece of software that can automatically configure a
dial-up networking connection? I'm thinking something very small in size
(400k?) that has a simple wizard interface to configure a DUN connection.
It'd assume DUN is ready installed on the PC of course and they'd have to
use a native web browser/mail client.

It's just it'd be a nice quick option as opposed to offering a complete IE
installation kit. I've seen other ISPs offer this (Alta Vista launched their
free ISP in this country and offer this exact same type of service) but
can't figure out where to get the software.

Cheers,
