Well, I'll have to back that up. We went to Rodopi 6 months ago and getting
assistance from them is like pulling teeth. We played email tag about 8
rounds. I would ask a question, they would reply back with a two word
answer, I'd ask more, they'd do the same. Asking a third time would get
something like 'why do you want to do that anyway?' type response.

I've even had another ISP track me down from a message I posted in another
list for help because he was setting up Rodopi and he couldn't understand
the person on Rodopi's tech line. (English barrier thing)

Product works well (I'd give it a B average) but support is pathetic.
