[NTISP] Uniformly Configuring a lot of PC's

We are expecting to be asked to install Windows 98, MS Office, and Visual
C++ on about 20 new PC's soon. All of them having the same hardware and on
the same LAN in the same room.

The said LAN already has a Windows NT 4 server connected to it.

Is there a software out there that would enable us to do so rapidly and in a
uniform configuration fashion ?
