Preston:

I place all user directories under an accounts directory. My ftp_root is
D:\webroot\ftp_root, and all user accounts are under d:\accounts. For
non-virtual accounts, create a virtual directory under the domain's ftp site
for each user, and point it toward their directory under accounts. For
virtual accounts, create a new ftp site and point it toward their directory
under acconts.
