Dear List,

Hi! I am writing from an ISP in New York called Webjogger =
(http://www.webjogger.net). We were interested in asking for anyone's =
opinion with respect to the relative quality of Cable & Wireless and =
Sprint as backbone providers. Webjogger is considering switching their =
T1 access from Cable & Wireless to Sprint and we are very interested in =
finding out how the companies compare.

The questions we would like to ask are:

- How would you rate the speed and reliability of the Sprint Internet =
backbone compared with the MCI/C&W Internet backbone?

- How would you rate the quality of the technical support you have =
received from Sprint against the support you've received from MCI/C&W? =
Are they easy to contact, knowledgeable, honest when they are having =
problems? Do they process your requests quickly?

- Have you ever had to switch from one provider to another and renumber =
your network? If so, do you have any experience you could share with us =
(procedure followed, IP changeover timing, router config's, DNS =
config's, things to watch out for)?

Any information you would be willing to share with us would be much =
appreciated. We would be happy to speak with you and/or communicate via =
email, too. =20

With respect,
