distribution doesn't appear to come with them:

Example error message:
Can't locate Net/SMTP.pm in @INC (@INC contains: c:\perl\lib
c:\perl\site\lib .)
Although there's a \perl\lib\net directory, smtp.pm doesn't exist. There is
no \perl\lib\mail directory on the system.
