I can run 1.16.60 as a service. No problem with that.

Everytime after I use RadAdmin to make some settings, RadiusNT 1.16.49 would
still authenticate.

But it won't insert entries into the Call tables (I run in ODBC mode and I
use an MS Access 97 database) because of a "Bad Authenticator USR_1 ...
ID : 18 "

RadiusNT 1.16.49 would only work as long as I don't use RadAdmin - meaning
as long as no registry settings are made for RadiusNT. It would only work if
I call it from the command line with "radius -o -x15 -R31"

It so happens that my RadAdmin comes from 1.16.60 .

I don't have the RadAdmin that originally came with 1.16.49b.
