Are we talking subnets of a class C that they want to do reverse on? =
For example:

206.23.245.in-addr.arpa Primary on your box

Customer has 245.23.206.128 255.255.255.192

If so, you will have to be notified as to the host addresses.

If they have a full class C then you can just point yours to their =
server for primary.
