We use SmartMax FTP. It has it's own levels of security and is very =
strong, same as Serv-U.
We was fighting for a long time to try to set up the IIS FTP and we gave =
up.
I don't know if you can set the ftp.domain1.com / ftp domain2.com... =
with a single IP (i guess you can) but you can set the security levels, =
access restrictions and separate domains you need.
