Does anyone have an opinion on GOOD, affordable, no frills Banner Rotator
with redirect that WORKS...
Perl is OK as long as it doesn't require ssi to redirect correctly. Win32
..exe is also acceptable. I am running Website Pro 1.1h Perl 5.005??
