[NTISP] Enabling SSL on IIS4

I'm having trouble enabling SSL on my IIS4 machine. I went through the
process of loading up a temporary test Verisign CA root last night, and
created a key (using the Key Manager) for my domain, but when I try to
connect to my web site securely I get the following error.

" The page cannot be displayed The page you are looking for is currently
unavailable. The Web site might be experiencing technical difficulties, or
you may need to adjust your browser settings."

Does anyone have any idea what the problem could be, and could someone
explain to me just how you incorporate secure sections in a web site using
IIS4?
