Go to Event Viewer, select System Log, then choose Filter Events from =
the Menu and select Source "eventlog" and Event ID 6005.

This would tell you when the Event Log Service was Started the last =
time. As this is one of the first services to start you may assume the =
server was rebooted 5 to 10 minutes ago.....
