brings up the first screen about the font size check then I get
the following error when it progresses to /iisadmin/iisa.asp

Error: 70 Permission denied

Anybody have any idea what stupid thing I have done to make
this happen and how I may fix it?
IIS4 on NT4S SP4
SP4 has been re-applied.
