+AD4-I have setup IIS 4.0 on my server.... I am having trouble with
+AD4-Internet explorer. I get access forbidden when trying to access the
+AD4-page. It seems to work with netscape.. Any ideas?

You can be comforted in the fact that this is not a MSIE problem. I can't
get that site with either browser.
