Once you have to have in mind is that you have to tell your new upstream to
publish yout ip range. Or change all your Ip addresses but if you have a
large network this will not be easy.
The upstreams has filters on their routers to not anounce Ip address wich
are not of their clients, so you will need to answer your upstream to
anounce your network.
