Scott, the 'TO' addresses indicates that you are subscribed to the NTISP
mailing list. You are getting mail because someone mailed the mailing list
looking for an answer.
BTW, I use WIRC SERVER for IRC on my servers. I'd rate it a C on the four
point scale, but its adequate and works fine. Wish it had a little more
capability and flexability though.
