[RadiusNT] DNIS

In the documentation I find this:

DNIS Access is not enabled by default. You must enable DNIS Access in
the RadiusNT administrator and restart RadiusNT before it will work

But I'm answering where I've to enable DNIS Access in radiusNT
administrator: can you explain me where's it?
