Dale,
Well, I installed the VSA update, and put the Bay Network VSAs into the
Radattributes table, and a funny thing started to happen. Each time a
person logged off, Radius would log off everyone, meaning it would change
the AcctStatusType to "2" on each entry in serverports for the specific RAC
the logoff came from.

When I removed the Bay special attributes, Radius again reported "unknown
attributes", but the serverports table was updated correctly.

I did notice that some of the VSA's that Bay specified included attribute
numbers that were for standard radius. Maybe that had something to do with.
Was the RadVendors table also supposed to be updated with the values?

This is because your RadAttributes table is the old table, that doesn't
support VSA formats. There is an SQL Script can update this:
