These say "initial release", meaning Emerald 2.5.100. The current
release of Emerald works fine on SQL 7.0, and its actually the
preferred platform as well.

Just use the Database Upgrade Wizard that comes with 7.0 to
upgrade from 6.5 to 7.0.
