R: [RadiusNT] fixed IP & SQL 7

We have just controlled it.
The type for RadAttributeID #8 in the RadAttributes table is 2.
Please, consider that whit an access 97 db it works perfectly.

I'm guessing your dictionary has an incorrect entry for #8. Make sure
the type for RadAttributeID #8 in the RadAttributes table is 2 (IP
Address)
and not 1 (int, which would read the 0 from the Value column).
