[RadiusNT] radiusnt and call-check with PM3

If I enable call-check on my PM3 I need to have a default
entry in radius that permits users without call check to
connect to our PM3's.

The entry needed is as follows:

DEFAULT Password = "", Service-Type = Call-Check
Reply-Message = "CALL CHECK "

Does this work with radiusnt 2.5.175 running in ODBC mode?
