1. Add an entry to the RadRoamServers table pointing to his RADIUS
server.

2. Add an entry to the RadRoamDomains table with his domain (everything
after the @) as the domain, pointing to the RadRoamServer you created
in Step #1.

3. Enable Proxy (user) and Restart RadiusNT.

This requires an Enterprise License, and the secret you set in step #1
must be the same secret that he uses.
