As I mentioned before, this is CHAP. RadiusNT can NOT do case
insensitive
compartes if the user is using CHAP for authentication, or
authenticating
from the NT SAM. You might be able to turn CHAP off on your terminal
server to force PAP, then RadiusNT can do case insensitive compares.
