i tried the old fashion way and ended up with the guy threatened every body
parts that i have with whatever law of the land in every court and plenty
of regards for the female members of my business and family.
i may have a solution, it's not a fix or patch, but i found that it worked
for me

in your radconfigs table
add an entry for this user with his/her customer id
in the rad attrib id colum enter 27
in the value colum enter some number with lots of digits like 9999999999999999

the first isdn b channel will connect
subsequent b channel connections will be rejected due to an sql overflow
error regardless of concurrency and login-limit

give this a try, see if this will work for you
