[RadiusNT] After expiration of a/c user can connect

I found after expiration of account user can connect up to one day more. Its not fair. In debug window i saw the select statement in which query adds 1 day more for authentication to avoid this I put -1 in extension and solve my problem. I wanna ask why did u (Dale) done (I mean addition of 1 in query)
