I have noticed with our Ascends that if I do sh users
I see what appear to be phantom sessions. The user is actually disconnected but the ascend thinks they are still active. However, the phantom sesison is not given an id number, so i can not clear it out. This seems to only happen with ISDN connections who have a static ip.
I called ascend, and they could not clear them out either.. I am waiting for a call from them ... Anyone experience anything like this?
I think this is a radius issue and not an Ascend issue. If the users do not have a static ip, then everything works just fine. So if the ip is not provided by radius, then its ok..
