We have a dialup customer with a dedicated line and an assigned
IP address. In the Radius settings we have
User-Service 'Framed-User'
Framed-Protocol 'PPP'
Framed-Address '216.116.2.39'
Framed-Netmask '255.255.255.0'
The PM3 reports this address in the calls on line in Emerald
but we can not ping it. And they can not ping out to the world.
I can ping into our system to the address of the PM3
216.116.2.200 just fine. So I do not think that it is a
router problem. We used the same address for another
customer a few months ago and it worked fine.
Is there another setting that we have to put in Emerald?
If not anyone have any ideas??
