We have a dialup customer with a dedicated line and an assigned
IP address. In the Radius settings we have
The PM3 reports this address in the calls on line in Emerald
but we can not ping it. And they can not ping out to the world.
I can ping into our system to the address of the PM3
22.214.171.124 just fine. So I do not think that it is a
router problem. We used the same address for another
customer a few months ago and it worked fine.
Is there another setting that we have to put in Emerald?
If not anyone have any ideas??
