Thanks for your prompt reply.

However, I've checked through the subaccount and masteraccount record
very thoroughly and there is no reason for the authentication to fail,
as Active = 1 on both masteraccounts and subaccounts, maexpiredate = 1
Jan 2029, saExpireDate = 1 Jan 2029 and there is a valid accounttype.

RadGetUser on the SQL Server returns correct information.

Any more ideas ? :)
