Just tell the guy when he does the walk to leave a small gap between each request otherwise it will kill the 8000 cpu
And all calls will be disconnected

I like my method better, because I don't have to ring someone, and
its the absolute final. I've relied to much on vendor documentation
that was either incorrect or did have what I needed. :(
