[RadiusNT] RadiusNT service automatically starting

When I reboot Windows NT 4.0 SP3, the RadiusNT service will show that it is
automatically started but it won't authenticate. If I stop it and re-start
it, it will work or if I don't have it set for auto start and I go in and
manually start it, it will work the first time. I have RadiusNT 2.5.124.
Any ideas as what I need to check for the auto-start to work?
