[RadiusNT] How to restrict users to use Email only

I wanna know how can I rstrict users to use only SMTP and POP3. I know
for that purpose I have to use Framed Filters and a row in
RadATConfigs table. But what data shoult be placed in that table.

RadATConfigID 1
AccountType Email
RadAttributeID 11
Data ????
Value ????
RadVendorID 0
RadVendorType 0
RadCheck ????

Are these configurations are correct if not then what will be the
correct?
