When a user makes a CHAP request, RadiusNT takes the clear text
password, encrypts it, and compares that to the CHAP encryptiong
it received in the Auth request. If they do not match, RadiusNT
logs "*CHAP*" for the data, since we do not have any usefull
password to log (the old RadiusNT use to log the CHAP garbage).
