Ok. There were a couple of issues. Mainly the old version of radusers
(and the stored procs) didn't support a NULL expire or password field.
I've updated both to now handle this. The new version is avaialable
at:

ftp://ftp.iea-software.com/RadiusNT/beta/radusers.exe

However, it does not support VSA.
