Don't know what causes that, just know that a de-install and re-install
of DUN usually cures it.

We've been seeing a drastic increase in errors from people running
Windows98. The bit from our logfile looks like encryption is on in the
customer's computer but that's not the case here. The secrets are correct
because most people have no trouble and we always have people online.

Any ideas?
