Server Port access is ONLY available in ODBC mode. The management of
the database data is dependant on what type of SQL Server you are using.
Basically you need to put a record in the ServerAccess table with a
corresponding ServerID (from the servers table) and the NASPort (with
the Start/Stop time being the required values).
