Sorry. I wasn't clear. The SNMP Service in the NT Network Settings
(Network control panel). Do I need to install that in order for CC to
work?

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE->SOFTWARE->IEA->RadiusNT.

As for the second part of your question, I have no idea what you are
talking
about.

Do you know where the registry value is? Do I need to install the service
in the network settings for concurrency control?

You need to enable SNMP. You can do this with the -C command line
option or by adding the SNMP registry entry with a value of 1.

I am trying to enable SNMP Concurrency Control for my two Ascends.

>From the documentation, I gathered that I needed to create a field name,
Community in the Servers table. I did this. Then I created another one,
SNMPUser in ServerPorts. I ran the scripts that were in the manual,
modifying the OID to what I found in my Ascend manual. Concurrency Control
is checked in RadiusNT Admin. I added the stored procedure. And it's not
working. It's still checking the Calls_Online table to see if a user is
online instead of using SNMP. Did I miss something?
