RadiusNT 2.5.124 doesn't have full support for the USR VSAs. You will
need to obtain RadiusNT 2.5.145 (in the hidden /radiusnt/beta directory
on our FTP site) and possibly upgrade your database using the VSa update
script also in that same directory.
