Radius is telling you that a *stranger* is talking to it. It does not like
that. It wants you to tell it that this address is it's friend.

We are trying to change the IP address on one of our PM3's and when we do
RadiusNT (2.5.124 and 2.2) have a fit. We have the new IP address with the
