This means that RadiusNT has already seen this accounting record. If
the
problem continues, look at your accounting timeouts on your NAs and make
sure it atleast 5. Otherwise, double-check your secrets and see if your
NAS has a log as to why its not receiving the ack.

Is the machine you are running RadiusNT on multi-homed?
