This is a ComOS 3.8 issue. YOu need to add a default value for the
NASPort column in the Calls table. You can do this by editing the Calls
table, clicking on the NASPort column, and then adding 9999 for the
DEFUALT value.

This PM logs them as an admin connection (as well as PMConsole
connections).
