Yes. Although NTMail doesn't authenticate from RadiusNT, it
authenticates from the same database that RadiusNT does.

You would have two account types (Dialup and mail only). The
mail only doesn't have RADIUS attributes, therefore they are
not authenticated by RadiusNT. Both work fine with NTMail,
though.
