The version of RadiusNT you are using (and the only one available
right now) still updates the callsonline view. I changed your
callsonline from the union to a single select and it can
populate the callsonline now. You'll need to get a newer
RadiusNT that uses the ServerPorts directly (hint, its not
available yet, but should be soon) to resolve this problem.
