[Emerald] Calculate past two decimals

I don't have "Calculate past two decimals" checked in Emerald Admin. but
the invoices (with Terms) come out as being calculated past two decimals.

Is there a way to change that or check it, save it and then uncheck it?
Anyone run across that?
