You specify the connection information in the EmerAuth Admin, not
the Serv-U ini file. The full/latest EmerAuth is available at:

ftp://ftp.iea-software.com/Emerald/External/beta/EmerAuth3_full.exe

There is also a newer EmerAuth in that dir as well.
