dynamic or x amount? Do you mean checking the size of the user's web
dir and charging based on an average size over the billing cycle or?
Although Emerald doesn't have that natively, it wouldn't be tough to
write an app that summarized the dirs and added n entry into the charges
table for it. If its samba mounts, then you can use the homedir field
for it. Otherwise, you'd have to come up with a way to map directories
to a customer (actually to a service).
