However, they are not able to add new records for the billing group. I have
enabled the exact settings as accounting. I find that if i remove the
operators from the emerald secure group and just add them to the emerald
group, they have the right to add new mbrs.
however, they also , see the other billing group.
anyone ever encountered this before?
