[Emerald] Accounting info in client config of Emerald Admin

Where is there info on the various fields contained in the Accounting tab in
the Client Configuration section of Emerald Admin (2.5.288)? The docs for
Emerald Admin 2.5 are missing the Accounting section in the Client Config
section.
