This actually has nothing to do with the Emerald client itself.

The users file from within Emerald is based on the results of the
RadUsers stored proc (and since it has no parameters, its pre-compiled).
You need to re-compile the RadUsers stored proc after making the
column name changes so that it is pre-compiled to use the new
column. Pre-compiled stored procs use a columnID, not the column
name, to enhance speed.
