I've created an Operator Group called "Office"... it's for general office
personnel to lookup info in the Emerald DB...
I gave the Operator Group permissions in only one Billing Group and the
permission was MBR - Read...
When an Operator in that group logs in they can change and save information
in the Services for that record...
Did I configure something wrong... I basically just want an Operator Group
that can only see the MBRs and nothing else...
