[Emerald] Transferring data from 2.1 to 2.5

I "upgraded" from 2.2 to 2.5 by creating a whole new database on a new
machine. I didn't really "upgrade".

What I want to do now is copy all the data from the "old" Calls Table to
the "new" Calls Table.

I copied the old Calls table into my new database and called it "CallsOld".

I can't get an INSERT to copy the data accross.

Can you suggest an appropriate method.
